Top 5 Halloween Songs

Well, I love music, I listen to it more than anything I do, well other than ride my bike and draw, in fact I'm listening to it right now! And I love when music really get's a response from you, and when I can scare you, you know it's good! Today we'll talk about music good for Halloween, so if you're throwing a Halloween party this year, read this damn article.

#5: Sympathy For the Devil
What's better for Halloween than music about the Devil? A song by The Rolling Stones (I really shouldn't have to tell you that, but some people are dumb) off the album Beggar's Banquet. From the point of of view of the Devil, it's a great song.
If you don't know this song, which I doubt, you need to listen to it, because you've most likely been living under a rock you're whole life.

This song is number 5 because it's not that scary, well it won't get a scared reaction from you anyways.

#4: Halloween
A song that's really about Halloween, from one of my bands no less, MASTODON BITCHES!!! Sorry about that, couldn't control myself. This song comes from there newest album Once More 'Round the Sun. This is one of my favorite Mastodon songs, and just songs in general, but the reason it only made number 4 is becaus because, like Sympathy, It's really not scary, but it doesn't really have to be to be in this list.

This song is great, if you haven't heard yet, go listen to it.

#3: Hell's Bells
This time an AC/DC song, from the album Back In Black. Great song, probably my favorite song without Bonn Scott. Not scary, but is Halloween Friendly, and if you have to ask why, read the damn title.

Not a lot to say about this song other than it's good, and, uh... it's AC/DC.

#2: Highway To Hell
Another AC/DC song, and probably the most well known AC/DC song. Every one knows this song, and again, if you don't you most likely live under the rock next the one where the guy who doesn't know Sympathy lives. This song almost deserves number one, but I really couldn't bring myself to do it.

Other than that, it's the last album with Bonn Scott, sharing the same name as the song. Great song, listen to it this Halloween, you won't be sorry.

Before we go onto number 1, here are some honorable mentions

1. Mr. Crowley - Ozzy Osbourne

2.  War Pigs - Black Sabbath

3. Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - Black Sabbath

4. What's Next's to the Moon - AC/DC

5. The Creeping Death - Metallica

6. Hand of Doom - Black Sabbath

7. Back in Black - AC/DC

8. Behind the Wall of Sleep - Black Sabbath

And now get ready to shit your pants, get ready to amazed and dazzled, get ready for....

#1: Black Sabbath Peel Sessions

The final cut of the song would have been great enough, but the Peel Sessions version is so much better than the released version. With an extra verse, 3 more minutes, and an even crustier sound.

This whole Peel Sessions album is scary and great, but this song really makes you feel uncomfortable, it's eerie, even more evil, and of course scary as fuck!

So that's it, five difference scary Halloweeny,  songs to listen to this Halloween. Tell me if you think this list is missing anything you think should be on it, or maybe something that shouldn't be on it, give me your opinion.

Stop Motion Mastodon

Today  I discovered one of the greatest things I've ever seen. A fan made stop motion music video, for Mastodon's song Bedazzled Fingernails!!! It features The Creature From The Black Lagoon, Bosk from Star Wars, Eddie from the Iron Maiden album covers, and a Wizard from nothing. The entire thing is the three monsters and one wizard jamming out in the forest.

After awhile a bunch of little critters (not the thing's from the movie) show and start jam'n out with them too!!! It's like the greatest thing ever.

The animation is incredible, plus the music is from my favorite band ever. That's really all I have to say about it though, I just felt like it needed to be shared, plus I thought it was pretty Halloween-Like.

The Internet Is A Beautiful Place part 1

The internet is a beautiful place, and you may be asking why, well...

This is why...

And this is why...

And this...

Yes, the internet is a beautiful place, full of beautiful things, beautiful people, and things that are just down right strange. Of all the lovely things on the computer, I have list of favorites, lets talk about this said list...

Bogleech, is maybe my all time favorite website of all time and space. I go on this website probably at least five times a day. Bogleech is the home of Mortasheen, the best thing in the world. I'm not gonna ruin Mortasheen for you by explaining exactly what it is, you just need to go and see for your self, and you won't be disappointed. Bogleech also has a large archive of Articles written by him, that are amazing and sometimes disturbingly beautiful. And those articles include toy reviews, lists of monsters you didn't even know existed, and other strange and wonderful things. Bogleech also has a store !!!! It has the best selection of t-shirts ever! Shirts with monsters, shirts with parasites, and even shirts with Butt Snipes. The store also has a few other things, such as stickers with the guy's art work (This man is an amazing artist), and others things that I don't want to spoil for you. And finally Bogleech has  THIS!!!!!!, I can't tell you what "this" is, it is the most terrifying thing I've seen, and you have to see it for your self.

The SCP Foundation , oh now we're getting started... in a really weird way. We've talked about SCP before, with a list of my favorite SCPs. SCP is by far one of my favorite websites, it has everything, monsters, talking Beatles albums, and even vases that make little monsters. As much as I love The SCP Foundation, not a lot to say about it.

Marble Hornets , is amazing, if you aren't watching it, you're really missing out. Marble Hornets is terrifying, it also features two of the most famous and scary proxies of all times, Masky and Hoody. Marble Hornets also made up the famous circle and x, symbol, which is used universally by slender fans. I'm only on the 60th episode or so, and I'm on the edge of my seat all the way. Go and watch it if you know what's good for you.

Well this is the end of part one, I'll try and get the second part written by the memorial day.

Rush - 2112 Review

Our first music review, and it's on one of my favorite albums, 2112. The album is from the year 1976 and record by the talented artists in the band Rush. We will be reviewing each song by itself.

2112
2112 is one of my favorite songs. It tells the story of a man in a strange futuristic society ruled by the Priests of the Temple Sierinx. The man finds a guitar  in a cave and brings it to the priests. The Priests saw that it is an evil machine and it "Doesn't fit the plan!". The man is crushed and wanders home in sadness. The man then has a dream about the people who built the guitar and says that they left our planet long ago and to "Learn and grow". The man then is then incredibly sad, and kills himself. Shortly after the"Elder Race" come back and "Take control". The story of 2112 is continued in Cygnus X-1, on the album Hemispheres.

                                                                       A Passage to Bangkok
A Passage to Bangkok is about going around the world to smoke weed, that's really it.

The Twilight Zone
The Twilight Zone is a great song all about The Twilight Zone TV show. It talks about a couple episodes from the series. The song is one of my favorite Rush songs, right after Red Barchetta.

Lessons
Lessons is a great song, I'm not sure what it about, but it great. It's a part acoustic guitar part electric guitar. A great song though and really worth listening to.

Tears
Tears is a beautiful song, about either heartbreak or just being sad in general.  It's a great song but i don't have much to say about it.

Something For Nothing
Something For Nothing is another favorite of mine. Again not really sure what's about. And also Again i have almost nothing to say about other than it's great.
